Q. I've registered for my course. Will I receive some sort of confirmation?
A. Upon receiving your registration, Hazmateam will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes course information and directions.
Q. What if I need to cancel a course after I've registered?
A. HAZMATEAM highly recommends substitution when necessary. Any buyer may cancel this transaction any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
Q. What if my class gets cancelled?
A. Hazmateam reserves the right to cancel any scheduled presentation due to: weather conditions, lack of sufficient class enrollment, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Q. What if there's a snowstorm the morning of my class?
A. In the event of inclement weather, students should decide if it is safe to travel. There will, most likely, be a delay in the start of class. Hazmateam closes when other businesses (not schools) close due to bad weather. Please call if you decide not to attend. We will post weather related cancellation bulletins on our homepage.

Q. The training my company needs isn't being offered this year. Can I still arrange training for my employees?
A. Hazmateam offers many courses available by special arrangement. We can design a training session to suit your needs. Please contact us for more details.
Q. We need site-specific training. Will Hazmateam conduct training at our facility?
A. Hazmateam can supply on-site specialized training of any of our core courses or a customized design course for your needs. We can also provide course involving hands-on equipment for courses such as Emergency Response, Confined Space Rescue and Fall Protection. We will make special arrangements to hold training courses at your location, wherever you may be located. We supply all necessary equipment and materials.
Q. Are Hazmateam courses certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene? Can I earn certification maintenance points for the classes I take?
